Had a very happy Thanksgiving. Now time to prepare for Xmas.

Author: Melissa and I had a very busy, but enjoyable, Thanksgiving weekend. It actually started on Wednesday night with a dinner at my fathers house. He cooks a traditional holiday chilli. Thursday was a drive through Southern Kansas down to Fort Scott where we had dinner with my mothers side of the family. It was fun seeing Ada play with her cousin. Finally, Melissa’s brother came to visit on Saturday and she cooked up a big meal with turkey, ham, and all the fixin’s.
Lots of time in between meals was spent organizing the garage, getting the Xmas decorations out of the attic, and watching some really good Jayhawks basketball.
